Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your order! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may make a return for an exchange or refund. We ask that returns be initiated within 30 days of delivery, which provides time to get used to the new feeling of sleeping with a weighted blanket. It may take several nights to adjust.

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping in Canada on both exchanges and returns for store credit. Please note, items received as an exchange are final sale. Items that ship from the US are not eligible to be received as a free exchange, due to the international shipping and duties incurred.
If you prefer a refund to your original form of payment, then a return shipping cost of $20 per blanket will be withheld from the refund amount. For non-weighted items, the return shipping cost will be lower.
When your return or exchange is complete, you will receive a shipping label on the portal and via email. Please ship your returned item to us within 28 days of receipt of your label. After that time, any unshipped return will be automatically canceled.
Once we receive the return back in like-new condition, we will process your exchange, email you a gift card for store credit, or refund your original method of payment minus the return shipping cost.
Any items received with damage due to transit or manufacturer defect will be replaced or refunded according to our Warranty.
Orders shipped outside the US and Canada are not eligible for return or exchange. Only orders placed on our website may be returned to us; items purchased from another store or retail website should be returned to the original merchant.
