Return Policy

We hope you love your order! However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may make a return for store credit or refund. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, which provides time to get used to the new feeling of sleeping with a weighted blanket. It may take several nights to adjust. 

Please note, any shipping charges incurred on the original order are nonrefundable. Open Box items are final sale and not eligible for return. 

To make a return, please email us at care@balooliving.ca. Please do not ship your return using "return to sender," as the package will not go to the correct address. We are unable to accept returns that do not use the prepaid shipping label we provide.

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within the Canada on returns for store credit, which you can use to exchange your order for something new in our store. 

If you prefer a refund to your original form of payment, then a return shipping cost of $25 CAD per blanket will be withheld from the refund amount (less for non-weighted items).

When you submit your return, you will receive a return shipping label via email. Please ship your return within 28 days of receiving the label. Items shipped back to us beyond this time frame will be eligible for store credit only.

After we receive the return back in like-new condition, we will either email you a gift card for store credit, or refund your original method of payment minus the return shipping cost. Sleep Stone Mask must be returned with crystal for full credit.

Returned blankets will never be resold as new. Instead, we are pleased to offer Open Box blankets at a reduced price. These blankets have been returned, inspected and found to be in excellent condition. Any returns that are not in perfect condition are donated to nonprofit organizations. Open Box blankets are final sale and not eligible for return.

Any items received with damage due to transit or manufacturer defect will be replaced or refunded according to our Quality Guarantee. If you have any questions, please email us directly at care@balooliving.ca.
