Any returns that are not in perfect condition are donated to nonprofit organizations. 

All Open Box items ship from California, so additional shipping & duties will apply when shipping to Canada. Unfortunately the cost to ship internationally is quite high due to the product weight, but there is generally a small savings on Open Box items compared to our standard retail price. Baloo does not control the cost of freight and duties, nor do we retain any of the funds charged for international shipping at checkout. 

Please know that we do not have the ability to launder the blankets at our facility. For this reason we do recommend that you wash your open box item upon receiving. Our blankets can be washed on cold, gentle cycle and dried on low or no heat. Due to the variety of washing machines on the market, we strongly suggest checking your model for its specific capacity. We recommend taking the King size blanket and all comforter sizes to a commercial washer.
