  • Measures 90x90 inches.
  • Weighted area: choose from either 15 lbs (19 lbs total), or 20 lbs (24 lbs total).
  • 100% cool cotton outer layer, glass microbead fill, and low profile polyester liner. Breathable for all climates.
  • Choosing a weight is a personal decision! But as a general guide, we suggest choosing a blanket that is 8 to 12 percent of your body weight. If you are between sizes and usually sleep on your side or have joint pain, we recommend 15 lbs; if you are a healthy adult who sleeps on your front or back, you may prefer the 20 lb.
